Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Tim Minear for the Fox Broadcasting Company have created series 9–1–1 which is an American procedural television series. The basic plot of the series is that it follows the lives of Los Angeles first responders who are police officers, paramedics, firefighters, and dispatchers.
The series premiered on January 3, 2018.9–1–1 is a joint production between Reamworks, Ryan Murphy Television, and 20th Television. In March 2019, Fox renewed the series for a third season which premiered on September 23, 2019. In April 2020, Fox renewed the series for a fourth season which is set to premiere on January 18, 2021.
The world is set in a pandemic one, but we won’t pick up with the pandemic happening. The show picks up months later, so Hen, Buck, and the others have already been through the height of the problem. Instead, we’ll get to see them where we are now, living day-to-day with masks and figuring out how to just get on with life with the new normal.
Everyone from the third season is going to be there. We’ll get to see where everyone is after the events of the third season.
The cast includes Angela Bassett, Peter Krause, Oliver Stark, Aisha Hinds, Kenneth Choi, Rockmond Dunbar, Ryan Guzman, Jennifer Love Hewitt.
John Harlan Kim has also been promoted to series regular. He plays Chimney’s younger half-brother, Albert, who moved in at the end of the third season.
