Cuppertino based Apple has already launched the slew of products earlier this week. It includes the updated iMac, iPad Mini 5th Gen, iPad Air 10.5 and the new AirPods with wireless charging support. The company is expected to unveil the iPod 7 at the upcoming event on March 26 alongside the anticipated subscription-based news service. Ahead of the event, new information has arrived about another long awaited device, the iPhone SE 2.
iPhone SE 2
According to a report by Chinese website IT Home, Apple will launch the iPhone SE 2 at an upcoming event. To support it claims, it includes an Amazon listings of a screen protector and case for the upcoming smartphone. The accessories listing of the iPhone Se 2 also reveals the phone’s design aspects and features.
Appearance and Features (Expected)
From the leaked tempered glass listing of the iPhone SE 2, it will have a similar front design as its predecessor iPhone SE. The front of the display features a rounded edge display with slim bezels resulting in a high screen-to-body ratio. It sports a similar notch like the latest iPhone models. The left side houses the volume rocker and mute switch like its predecessor.
However, the listing does not show the bottom and top view of the device though it is assumed to have the same layout as its predecessor. It will house the power button on the top and lightning port, loudspeaker grill and a 3.5 mm jack on bottom. The rear as the same design as the original iPhone SE with a single camera on the top left side.
The source also revealed that the iPhone SE 2 houses the A9 chipset that also powers the iPhone 6s. Other information like the display size, camera resolution and battery capacity isn’t available right now. The full details will be revealed after the device’s official launch. The good news is we don’t have to wait much as the Apple event is approaching fast.
