The 7th season of Bachelor in Paradise didn’t arrive in 2020 because of difficulties and restrictions in filming as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. But now there is some good news for the fans of the popular show. The 7th season is coming soon. ABC has a lot of plans for bringing the show back on TV. Rob Mills, who is the senior Vice-President of alternative series, specials and late-night programming at ABC Entertainment told Variety that they are busy on figuring out how they will make the new season work.

Let me remind you that Bachelor in Paradise is an American reality competition television series. It premiered on 4th August, 2014 on ABC. The show is a spin-off of two other popular reality shows – The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. Bachelor in Paradise is being hosted by Chris Harrison and it features contestants who have already been a part of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. The show has been distributed by Warner Bros. Television Distribution.

The executives of ABC are trying their best to release the latest season of Bachelor in Paradise in the summer of this year which is actually the time when it has been aired in the previous six seasons. Usually, the show is aired from early August to mid-September. Rob Mills told Variety that he is very confident regarding the release of the 7th season but he has not revealed anything on where it is going to be. The previous seasons started filming from early June. In 2018, director Mike Fleiss also shared a tweet from the first day of filming.

Rob Mills has not unveiled anything about the cast of the new season of Bachelor in Paradise. He said that it is too early to reveal anything. But he said that the producers are looking at around 150 potential people and casting 15-18 members out of them is really a tough job. Producers are also looking at the Twitter response from the public related to who they wish to see in the latest season. The makers are also going to consider those who left the show too early but were the best and didn’t get the best opportunity to prove themselves.

Mills has specifically mentioned the names of Ben Smith and Bennett Jordan from the previous season of The Bachelorette. Rob said that he saw Ben Smith getting a huge success on Bachelor in Paradise and Rob has also met Ben’s wife in there. For Bennett Jordan, Rob said that almost everyone is in consideration for the new season of Bachelor in Paradise and Bennett is also in that list.
