Bad Sisters: Plot and Cast
The dark comedy is a story of the closely-knit Garvey sisters who have always been very affectionate to each other and have guarded one another like no other. Their parents passed away at an early age which resulted in them being all the more tightly bonded. As their brother-in-law is found dead one day, the life insurers put up an investigation in order to prove his death as unnatural. The sisters are the prime suspects as each of them had a motive to kill him.
As the trailer follows, the brother-in-law is abusive to the Garvey sister he is married to. The other ones have had enough of tolerating their sister going through such ill-treatment and plan to get rid of the man for good. But all being said and done, they are determined to not let their sister know of them being involved in her husband’s death.
The Garvey sisters of the show comprise Sharon Horgan, Eva Birthistle, Anne-Marie Duff, Eve Hewson, and Sarah Greene. The cast further includes Brian Gleeson, Claes Bang, Daryl McCormack, Saise Quinn, and Assaad Bouab.
