Barbie: Release Date, Cast, and more!
Directed by Greta Gerwig and written by Gerwig and Noah Baumbach, Barbie is an upcoming romantic comedy film soon coming to theaters. The producers of the film include Margot Robbie, Tom Ackerley, Robbie Brenner, David Heyman, Ynon Kreiz, and Josey McNamara.
The upcoming film is made on the Barbie fashion dolls by Mattel from Ruth Handler. This will be the first live-action Barbie film after several computer-animated direct-to-video and streaming television films.

Barbie Plot and Cast
The basic premise of the upcoming film revolves around the life of Barbie, who is the protagonist of the film. The story will show how Barbie sets off for the human world to find true happiness after being expelled from “Barbieland” for not being a perfect doll.
Coming to the characters, it includes Margot Robbie as Barbie, Will Ferrell as the CEO of Mattel, Kate McKinnon, Ryan Gosling as Ken, America Ferrera, Alexandra Shipp, Michael Cera, Issa Rae, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Rhea Perlman, Kate McKinnon, and many more are there.
Barbie Release Date
Based on the Barbie toy line, the upcoming film’s development has begun in September 2009. Principal photography has begun in March 2022 and wrapped on July 21, 2022.
After so many delays, the makers have finally decided to release it in 2023 and revealed the official release date for it. Barbie is all set to come out in the United State on July 21, 2023. The film is produced by LuckyChap Entertainment, Mattel Films, and Heyday Films.
