Bethesda Game Studios created an online action game, Fallout 76. It was produced by Bethesda Softworks. Launched on November 14, 2018, for Windows, PS4, and Xbox One.
Bethesda has revealed many enthusiastic changes to Fallout 76 following its vast expansion of Wastelanders.
Last week, Bethesda revealed that the “Season Pass” will be coming to Fallout 76 this summer, adding new advancement functionality, ranks, and bonuses.
Bethesda’s Tweet for clarification
In contrast to a recent update that introduced some quality of life attributes to the game. The studio unveiled a roadmap for exciting new content drops that disclosed the addition of season-pass advancement that gives users special, time-limited benefits. It leads to some confusion about whether or not these would be paid season passes or free for everybody who takes part.
The original wording of the initial announcement created misunderstanding among the players as it was announced. All the users will be playing freely in the upcoming summer period as soon as Update 20 begins.
This prompted others to assume that only the summer season will be free and that the autumn and winter seasons will not be free. Bethesda, however, tweeted about the confusion of the actual announcement.
The new Fallout 76 Roadmap set out the coming summer, fall, and winter seasons, with Bethesda’s tweet stating that all users would be able to “take part in our inaugural summer season free of charge.”
Perhaps, why it required Bethesda six days to explain this. But one can now know that the seasons will stay free for all users.
