American crime drama television series Better Call Saul has been renewed for a sixth and final season. It has been created by Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould. The show is a spin-off and prequel of ‘Breaking Bad’. It premiered on 8th February 2015 on AMC. The show has opened to positive reviews from critics and they have praised the acting, characters, writing, direction and cinematography. Critics have called the series much better than its predecessor and it has been a recipient of many awards.

After five seasons, it can be said that the series is connected to the trials and tribulations of Walter White and co-creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould have changed Jimmy McGill into a complicated protagonist standing on his own and the final season will offer the writers a better opportunity to tie the loose ends and increase the excitement. The final season was renewed in January 2020 and fans of the show have been eagerly waiting for the premiere of the sixth season.

Release Date of Better Call Saul Season 6 (Final Season)

The fourth season of Better Call Saul was aired in the year 2018 and the next season was not released in 2019. Instead, the fifth season premiered in 2020. Well, it is true that the Covid-19 pandemic has not ended yet and it has affected the productions of many shows. So, for now, we can expect the final season in 2022.

Cast of Better Call Saul Season 6 (Final Season)

Bob Odenkirk will surely return as Jimmy McGill along with Mike Ehrmantraut as Jonathan Banks. The final season will also see the return of Rhea Seehorn’s compromised attorney Kim Wexler. Other returning members would be Howard Hamlin as Patrick Fabian, Nacho Varga as Michael Mando, Gus Fring as Giancarlo Esposito and Lalo Salamanca as Tony Dalton.

The trailer of Better Call Saul Season 6 has not been released yet. Since the tentative release date is sometime in 2022, fans have to wait for a long time in order to see the trailer.
