Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter starrer Bill & Ted Face the Music has officially moved up the release date. Orion pictures earlier announced that the movie which was going to release on August 20, 2020, will now release on August 14, 2020.
The news comes amid the pandemic. Usually, most of the studios have delayed the release of their movies. Wonder Woman 1984 was going to release on August 14 but was moved ahead. Similar stuff occurred with other movies like Godzilla vs Kong, Tenet, and other big releases. With all the studios delaying the release dates, the decision to move the date up for Bill & Ted might be to reduce competition from Warner Bros’ big-budget tentpole “Tenet” directed by Nolan. Along with Bill & Ted Face the Music, the New James Bond movie “No time to Die” also moved the release date up by 5 days. The film will now release on November 20, 2020.
Bill & Ted Face the Music is a sci-fi flick featuring Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter in the lead role. The is the latest instalment of Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure (1989) and Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey (1991). The comedy is directed by Dean Parisot and written by Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon. Along with Keanu and Alex, the latest sequel will also feature Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine as daughters of Bill and Ted. The other cast includes Anthony Carrigan, Jillian Bell, Kristen Schall, Holland Taylor, Kid Cudi, Erinn Hayes, Jayma Mays, and Beck Bennet. William Sadler will also reprise his role as Death.

I do not hate people, but I despise their existence. Hi, I’m an actor, writer, poet, visual artist, a man of science and also the least favourite person in my family. Our beloved Hemingway, once said "There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed." I believed in this quote humbly, truly and faithfully, now I have Anemia. I hope you like my works and if you do then please tell the President about it (seriously, all we want is fame).
