Black Summer 2: Plot, Cast and Release Date!

Imagine you are chilling in your balcony on a nice, warm summer day and you look out and your eyes catch some zombies walking on the streets, and got to survive them. What would you do then? Such is the case with this series.

With an IMDB rate of 6.4 and 76% on Rotten Tomatoes, the American Netflix series is very dark indeed. It is 8 episodes long, created by Karl Schaefer and John Hyams, first aired on April 11, 2019, produced by The Asylum. After much critical approval from the audience, Black Summer  is ready for the second season.

PLOT

The plot revolves around Zombie Apocalypse where Rose, a mother who got separated from her daughter Anna during the earliest and most deadly days. There is nothing a mother cannot do for her child. She takes on the horrifying path in order to save the girl, with the help of a small group of refugees in North America. Rose, Ryan, Spears a.k.a Julius, Sun,

CAST

Jaime King plays the role of Rose, Justin Chu Cary as Julius, Sal Valez Jr as William, Kelsey Flower as Lance, Mustafa Alabssias as Ryan and Christine Lee as Sun.

RELEASE DATE

It is very uncertain as of now to know the release date, but they have started shooting the next season, evident from social media posts.
