Created by Matthew Federman and Stephen Scaia, Blood & Treasure is an American action-adventure drama television series. It premiered on May 21, 2019, on CBS.
Federman and Scaia also serve as writers and executive producers alongside Michael Dinner, Mark Vlasic, Marc Webb, Howard T. Owens, Ben Silverman, and Taylor Elmore. In June 2019, CBS renewed the series for a second season.

Filming for season two began in October 2019. However, filming was delayed just like a few other series because of the situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The series might premiere at the same time as Season 1, which means it might release in May 2022. However, an official confirmation is still awaited.

By the end of Season 1, the Queen had been returned in the 11th episode, which created new danger threats.
This time it will focus on the character of Denny. Season 1 was highly appreciated by the audience for its unique and engaging storyline.
The whole narrative of the story goes around notable antique experts and wily art thieves. He made his team in search of a ruthless terrorist who stole his treasure. On this journey, they encountered a 2000 years old battle that had fought for the cradle of civilization. The fantastic twist and turns will take place in Danny’s life, the story’s protagonist as a former FBI agent.
