Bully is an action-adventure game developed by Rockstar Vancouver and published by Rockstar Games. It was released on 17 October 2006 for PS 2. The player can use melee attacks and weapons to fight against enemies.
Possible Sequel
In November 2011, in an interview, Rockstar executive Dan Houser revealed that the studio might focus on a sequel for Bully after the release of Max Payne 3. In September 2013, Dan Houser said he has many ideas for a Bully sequel. To date, this is the last official comment on a Bully sequel.
Release Date
Bully 2 is expected to release in 2021 according to multiple insider reports. It cannot be said for sure of Bully 2 will release on PS4 or Xbox One.
Rumors related
On August 28,2017, concept art rumored to be from the development of a sequel leaked online, it purported to show new characters and run down a suburban home, rockstar games did not comment.
On 10 October 2018, alleged casting calls for a Bully sequel were revealed. These castings are to be auditioned at Spotlight, London. Jessica Jefferies casting director on this unknown title confirmed via twitter that she was referring to was not a sequel to Bully.
New on cancellation
In July 2019, Youtuber SWEGTA posted a video discussing a leaked conversation with an individual who allegedly work at Rockstar before being laid off.
According to the ex-employee rockstar had worked on a sequel before shutting it down.
In October 2019, Video Games Chronicle published a story based on inside sources corroborating that Rockstar had indeed worked on Bully II for 18 months before canceling it. According to these sources, the studio had worked out some of the stories but was not sure what period of time it would cover.
As of mow Bully II is a hypothetical sequel to Bully. It has not been officially announced by rockstar which means it is not confirmed to exist.
So there is still a doubt on the sequel of Bully. But still, the gaming fans are waiting for Rockstar Studio to shock everyone by releasing Bully II prior to GTA VI. If not still the gaming fans can wait for the release of GTA VI which is officially announced by the Rockstar studios.
