Bye, transponder! The Uproad app is now in charge of your toll payments

Install this toll payment app on your iOS or Android device, link your car, and pay on the go.

Unlike a regular transponder, Uproad provides you with more transparency. This mobile app allows its users to pay all the tolls with their smartphones – no cash, no additional devices. You can get it at Google Play Market or App Store for free.

First and foremost, it’s an immensely customer-friendly product. You install it, link your vehicle and select a preferred payment option: Credit or Debit Card, Venmo, PayPal. Right after that, the Uproad app will activate your car with tolling authorities and take care of your toll payments.

The next day after you signed up, feel free to hit the road. Uproad will handle the tolls automatically.

Once you pass the toll point, Uproad sends you a push notification with the estimated price. An appropriate tolling agency will receive your license plate number and double-check the information with their database in the background. Once they post toll charges to your account, Uproad will automatically cover the bill using your balance funds.

The only thing you should do is top up your balance regularly. Here we go!

For each transaction, the app charges a small service fee. If you take toll roads frequently, consider buying a $19.99 yearly Premium membership. It will help you plan your budget more rationally and cut down the commute expenses.

To estimate the cost of a planned trip, you can use the in-built Uproad calculator. The same tool will help you calculate your total toll usage once a trip is over — no more surprises. Besides the above-listed advantages, you can separate your personal and business expenses in just one tap.

If you come across any issues or simply have a question, their support team will be happy to help. You can contact them right through the app’s interface.

While Uproad was initially launched in California only, it now covers Texas, Virginia, and Illinois. They plan to achieve nationwide coverage within the next few months.

This mobile tolling solution will save you time and money by paying all your tolls on time. Forget about late payment notices! The best thing is that you won’t need to deal with the toll authorities directly.

You don’t need to be tech-savvy or have the industry expertise to use the app; it’s straightforward to use. Many drivers call this solution a game-changer. Now, it’s your turn to check if the app deserves it all!
