Developed by Darlene Hunt, Call Me Kat is a television sitcom based on the British sitcom Miranda by Miranda Hart. Hunt is also the executive producer alongside Mayim Bialik, Jim Parsons, Todd Spiewak, Miranda Hart, Angie Stephenson, Beth McCarthy-Miller and Alissa Neubauer.
The first season of the series premiered on January 3, 2021 followed by the second season on January 9, 2022. It received negative reviews from critics and currently holds an approval rating of 20% on Rotten Tomatoes. Despite the negative response, the makers have renewed the series for a third season.

Call Me Kat Plot and Cast
The makers have not revealed what would happen in Season 3 but the upcoming season is definitely scheduled to continue from where the second season ended.
The basic premise of the show follows a 39-year-old single woman named Kat who struggles every day against society and her mother to prove that one cannot have everything he or she wants yet still be happy. After leaving her job as a professor at the University of Louisville, she spends the money on her parents set aside for her wedding to open a cat café in Louisville.
Talking about the cast for Season 3, we should get to see Mayim Bialik, Swoosie Kurtz, Leslie Jordan, Kyla Pratt, Julian Gant, Cheyenne Jackson and others in the lead roles. Since it is a new season, we can expect to see some new faces.
Call Me Kat Season 3 Release Date
The second season of Call Me Kat was released on January 2022 and ended on May 2022. Considering that, the third season will definitely not arrive by the end of this year and we should expect in 2023.
