Community is an American comedy TV series created by Dan Harmon that was aired on NBC and Yahoo! Screen. The first season of the series was premiered on 17 September 2009, a d the final season of the series aired on 2 June 2015. The series follow the story of some students, and set at the community college of a fictitious town, Colorado of Greendale. It was a huge rage among the audience ever since its first season. Dan Harmon and Chevy Chase had a fall out during the wrap party of the third season of the show. Chevy Chase walked out without filming one of his final scene.

Dan Harmon was fired from the show after the third season. After the fall out with Chevey Chase, Harmon took to his personal blog to issue a statement and apologized and addressed his actions with some negative adjectives, and that was not enough, he also had to pay a significant amount.

Chevy Chase leave the show after the fourth season. After the wrap party conflict, the relationship among the actors of Community was not sublime, and Chase ended up leaving.

Dan Harmon was rehired for the fifth season of Community. Sony considered rehiring Harmon as the showrunner. Community was back in May 2013, after receiving many cancellations NBC gave it other shot.

Donald Glover left the show during Season 5. The reason for his departure is known, but it was sad news for Community fans.

Community moved from NBC to Yahoo! Screen. The show gains worldwide popularity after its fifth season, but NBC was ready with its decision to cancel the show based on its previous seasons ratings, and so, it has to move to Yahoo! Screen

Season 6 was finale season of Community. The fans were anticipating seventh season and a movie, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. After NBC cancelled the show, the ratings slipped, and the series received two cancellations for another season.

Despite the low ratings, and many cancellations, Community still manages to be one of the best comedy sitcoms, and till now people are discovering it on streaming platforms like Netflix and Hulu.
