Created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, Cobra Kai is a martial arts comedy-drama series, made for Netflix. Heald, Hurwitz and Schlossberg are also the executive producers alongside William Zabka, Ralph Macchio, Will Smith, James Lassiter, Caleeb Pinkett and Susan Ekins.
The first season of the series premiered on May 2, 2018 followed by the second season on April 24, 2019. The third season was released on January 1, 2021 and the fourth was released on December 31, 2021. The series has received positive reviews and considering that, the show has been already renewed for a fifth season.

Cobra Kai Plot and Cast
The finale of Cobra Kai Season 4 saw Terry Silver double-crossing Kreese, resulting in the latter’s arrest. It seems like Silver could pose the biggest threat from this point onwards.
The fate of Miyagi-Do is in a tricky position heading into the new run, since he is no longer a functioning dojo as a result of the bet made over the All-Valley tournament. The future of the Dojo may rest in the hands of Tory, whose knowledge about Silver’s bribery could potentially see her come to the rescue.
There’s also the matter of Miguel, who runs away to Mexico in a bid to find his father, and there is a possibility that Johnny will be occupied trying to find him in Season 5.
Coming to the cast, we should get to see Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Courtney Henggeler, Xolo Mariduena, Tanner Buchanan, Mary Mouser, Jacob Bertrand, Gianni DeCenzo, Martin Kove, Thomas Ian Griffith, Dallas Dupree Young, Owen Morgan, Aedin Mincks, Vanessa Rubio, Peyton List, Khalil Everage, Joe Seo and Hannah Kepple in the lead roles.
Cobra Kai Season 5 Release Date
The latest season of Cobra Kai was released in December 2021 and it was renewed for a fifth season before that. The makers have confirmed that the fifth season is scheduled to premiere on September 9, 2022.
The upcoming season might consist of ten episodes like the first four seasons. The series is currently produced by Netflix and the first two seasons were produced by YouTube Red and YouTube Premium.
