The gates of web-based television have been flooded by high school teen drama shows. The makers have found a secret recipe it seems. Every other show has something to do with high school. Most of the stories that are streamed have the base of high school or college. Creators have invented all mixture teen-comedy, teen drama, teen-romance, and now a teen -cyber hacking. Control Z aptly describes its relation with computers and gadgets. Control Z generally stands for undo operation in computers. But can things be undone in real life?
The Mexican teen drama Control Z is set in El Colegio Nacional. Everything seems pretty normal initially. Nothing seems out of place. The protagonist Sofia is evidently a Sherlock Holmes inspired character. Her traits match the characteristics of the great London detective. Sofia does not have any special unnatural powers but a good art of observation. She observes her surroundings, classmates, almost everyone.
But it doesn’t take long to turn heaven into hell. And whenever there is trouble Sofia(Mexican Sherlock) rises to solve it.
The problem is that there is a hacker amidst them. The hacker shatters everyone’s secret. What follows next is simple to guess. A bunch of angry teens fighting among each other to nab the unknown culprit.
The show is created by Carlos Quintanilla Sakar,Adriana Pelusi,Miguel García Moreno.
The main cast of Control Z includes Ana Valeria Becerril (“April’s Daughter”), Michael Ronda (“Soy Luna”), Yankel Stevan (“Papá a Toda Madre”) and Rodrigo Cachero (“Las Malcriadas”).
