Dear Edward: Release Date, Cast and more!
Developed by Jason Katims, Dear Edward is an upcoming drama television series. The show is based on the novel of the same name by Ann Napolitano. The executive producers of the show are Jason Katims, Jeni Mullein, Ann Napolitano, and Fisher Stevens.
It was announced in February 2022 that Apple TV+ had given a ten-episode greenlight for the series. The creators have announced the additional casting in March 2022 as production began in New York City, with filming taking place at Central Park.

Dear Edward Plot and Cast
A twelve-year-old boy struggles to survive after a devastating commercial plane crash. All passengers, including his family, died in the horrific crash; he is the only survivor. Edward Adler, the twelve-year-old, and a diverse ensemble of others affected by the flight tragedy try to fit back into life after the crash.
Just like it sounds, it will not be an easy task adjusting to life after the horrific events. Edward is faced with traumas that breed confusion and cloud his mind while trying to bury the past. His story of survival, resilience and uplifting is heartbreaking and encouraging at the same time. Along the way, he forms unexpected friendships and romances and goes through ups and downs, just an examination of what makes us human.
Coming to the cast, it includes Colin O’Brien, Ava Ariel Binder, Khloe Bruno, Audrey Corsa, Tom D’Agustino, Maxwell Jenkins, Idris Debrand, Taylor Schilling, Connie Britton, Hannah Jane McMurray, Charlie Reitzas, Unna Uzele, Amr El Bayoumi and many more.
Dear Edward Release Date
Apple TV + has confirmed that the series will premiere in 2023. There is, however, no official communication of the specific release dates. The wait will not have to be long with ongoing production and filming. A conservative thought would make the release date somewhere early 2023.
The other details including the episode numbers and run time of each episode are not available right now. Well, we have to wait a while to get all the confirmed information about the upcoming show.
