With over 80 million copies in circulation and fans all around the globe, the very enigmatic season 1, won the hearts of all its viewers.
All of you, brace yourself for the highly awaited season 2 of demon slayer, The Japanese manga series.
Written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotōge it takes place in the Taishō-era of Japan. The story revolves around a boy called Tanjiro Kamado who becomes a demon slayer, after the unfortunate pre-events, that include his sister turning into a demon and slaughtering of his family.
Considerate and kind-hearted, very lovable, and the only earner in his family, Tanjiro kamado, and his sister set off to find the cure for Nezukos demon curse, and get entangled in a secret society, that is called the demon slayer corps.
The demon slayer corps wage war against the demons and have been doing it for centuries.
Release Date For Season 2:
Nothing has been officially declared, but by knowing that season one was aired in the month of April 2019, it is safe to assume that season 2 would have been scheduled to be released in the summertime of 2020. But due to COVID 19, releases and productions were put to a halt for the past few months. hence, with most likeliness, season 2 will be released in 2021.
The cast of season 2:
All characters are making a return in addition to the involvement of new characters. Old characters including, Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, Inosuke Hashibira, Genya Shinazugawa, and Kanao Tsuyuri.
Things to expect from season 2:
it is anticipated that Tanjiro would be continuing his travel that might turn more hazardous. Another season in the queue, prepare yourself to watch Tanjiro’s expression of vengeance over the abhorrent crimes that happened to him, and his journey to help her sister transform back into a human.
