Doom Eternal- First Update After Release

Doom Eternal is a first-person shooter video game. id Software is the developer and Bethesda Softworks are the publisher. The game is available since March 20.2020. The game received positive reviews with praise for its campaign, graphics, sound track and combat mechanics. Doom Eternal is available for Windows, Playstation 4, stadia, and Xbox One.

Gameplay

The game is an ultimate combination of speed and power. The player has to conquer demons across dimensions and stop final destruction of humanity. Players take on the role of Doom Slayer. We are talking about Hell but the game has modern firearms. Such as the combat shotgun, heavy cannon, rocket launcher, BFG 9000 and melee weapons. The game gradually gets harder. The player needs to use the advantages of fight arenas. The game also features handicamp multiplayer modes. Handicamp means two vs one player match. The five initially available demons are the Marauder, Pain Elemental, Revenant, Mancbus and Arch-Vile.

First Update

Since the release of Doom Eternal the game has been recently updated. The update was online on 14th May. Empowered Demons are now available. When you will take out an Empowered Demon it will give you reward with tons of health and ammo. Taking out a demon will also help you to get XP to progress in-game events. Echelon leveling is also available. First Echelon will unlock when you will complete Doom Level 250. The update also changes the single-player campaign quality of life. Now the player will get less damage while swimming. A Maykr Drone campaign tutorial is now available. Now you can find out what exactly killed you by battle mode death report.

Denuvo Anti Cheat

This feature is introduced in the update. This is only for the PC version of the game. But this includes a security risk. The gaming community strongly opposed this update. After the response of the gamers on the anti-cheat. id Software officially made an announcement that the anti-cheat will be removed from the game along with the next update.
