Developed by Jeremy Carver, Doom Patrol is a superhero television series based on the DC Comics superhero team of the same name. Carver is also the executive producer alongside Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Chris Dingess and Tamara Becher-Wilkinson.
The first season of the series premiered on February 15, 2019 followed by the second season on June 25, 2020. The third season was released on September 23, 2021. The series received positive reviews from critics and considering the positive response, the makers have renewed it for a fourth season.

Doom Patrol Plot and Cast
Doom Patrol Season 3 left a lot of questions unanswered including Robotman’s new body, Rita’s possibility of becoming a villain considering that she accepted her darker side and Laura De Mille’s struggle to become a hero.
The plot of Season 4 might see the Doom Patrol squad deal with their newfound responsibility as a super-team, including finding the best ways to make it work as a cohesive unit. Further details are expected to be revealed in the next few months.
Talking about the cast, the leads of the first three seasons are expected to reprise their roles. This include Diane Guerrero, April Bowlby, Matt Bomer, Brendan Fraser, Timothy Dalton and Jovian Wade. Since it is a new season, we can expect to see some new faces.
Doom Patrol Season 4 Release Date
The latest season of Doom Patrol premiered in September 2021 and it was renewed for a fourth season the following month. Considering everything, Season 4 is expected to premiere by the end of 2022.
