Dr. Lee meets with the man with the rhinophyma in the trailer, who informs him that the huge tumor is causing him problems breathing. Dr. Lee goes on to say that it’s the largest rhinophyma he’s ever seen.
We next catch a glimpse of this guy as he goes through a medical operation, and it appears like he is having trouble breathing. With such a large growth on his nose, it’s easy to see why.
