DuckTales is an American animated television series produced by Disney Television Animation. Matt Youngberg and Francisco Angones created this reboot that is based on the 1987 series of the same name. The series first premiered on August 12, 2017 and received a lot of positive acclaim. It even had a comic book series based on it!

DuckTales: Cast and Plot
Scrooge McDuck and Donald Duck haven’t spoken to each other for ten years. However, one day, Donald needs a favor from his old uncle; babysitting his three triplet nephews: Huey, Dewey and Louie. After spending the day with them, Scrooge feels his spirit of adventure and fun being heightened. And so, he invites Donald and the triplets to come live with him, his granddaughter Webby Vanderquack and the housekeeper Mrs. Beakley.
The Ducks start to go on many adventures along with Scrooge’s chauffeur and pilot Launchpad McQuack, who also lives at McDuck Manor. The adventures include globe trotting, treasure hunting as well as dealing with villains like Flintheart Glomgold, the Beagle Boys and Mark Beaks.
In the first season, the ducks deal with the disappearance of the triplets’ mother and Donald Duck’s twin sister, Della Duck. They also try to figure out why the relationship between Scrooge McDuck and Donald Duck has been so strained.
In the second season, Scrooge and Flintheart Glomgold try to compete to become the richest in the world. Louie tries to start his own multi-million dollar business. In season three, the ducks find the journal of legendary globe trotter Isabella Finch and start an expedition to find all the artifacts she listed in it.
David Tennant voices Scrooge McDuck, while Tony Anselmo voices Donald Duck. Danny Pudi voices Huey Duck, Ben Schwartz voices Dewey Duck and Bobby Moynihan voices Louie Duck. Finally, Kate Micucci plays Webby Vanderquack.
DuckTales Season 3: Release Date and Trailer
The third season of the series first started airing on April 4, 2020. It took a hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic for a while. However, the show has been on air again since September and will finish airing by the end of October 2020.
