He lives with his mom, who is a law enforcement officer and dreams of being a detective someday. She has to watch Duncan and his dad who tries to be a good father figure to Duncan than his father was to him. He has a sister named Kimberley and she is a normal teenager going through normal teen-phases and an adopted Asian sister Jing who loves to give advices.
