Adult animated sitcom Duncanville managed to receive a positive response from critics and audiences. The first season premiered on Fox on February 16, 2020 and the show holds a 91% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The series was renewed for another season in April 2020 and it premiered on May 23, 2021. The show is now all set to come back with its third season after being renewed in April 2021.

Duncanville Plot and Cast
Although the plot details have not been revealed, Duncanville Season 3 is expected to continue from where the previous season ended.
The basic plot of the series follows a 15 year old boy, Duncan Harris, who is one step away from making a bad decision. He resides with his mother who is a parking enforcement officer and he dreams to be a detective someday.
Duncan’s father tries to be a better father figure to him and his sister Kimberley is a normal teenager going through normal teen phases. He has an adopted Asian sister Jing and the 5 year old intelligent girl always gives advice to him.
Details about the returning cast members remain unknown for now. However we can expect to see Amy Poehler, Ty Burrell, Riki Lindhome, Zach Cherry, Yassir Lester, Betsy Sodaro and others in the lead roles.
Duncanville Season 3 Release Date
Even though the show was renewed for a third season in 2021, the official release date has not been announced yet. However, we can expect it sometime in 2022.
The major reason behind the delay is the Covid-19 pandemic. Even if there are some other reason behind the delay, they remain unknown for now.
