We have all faced problems when we are travelling and have nothing to kill our time. While travelling is the best time to watch content, the problem arises when there are connectivity issues. If you are travelling in areas where there is weak or no network, it is impossible to watch online content. And it often happens that we forget to save shows from different apps offline for us to watch later.

If you are also nodding your head in approval right now, we have a solution. This solution is named GoldSeat which is a service that lets you enjoy licensed content while travelling by bus, train or air and with no internet connection. If you are wondering how is it possible that you can watch content offline and without any internet connection, here is how GoldSeat works.

GoldSeat app

Basically, GoldSeat provides you with their app which is available on Android as well as iOS so you are covered there as well. Now, you would say what if we have not downloaded the GoldSeat app and have no connection. Well, the company has already thought about that and have an excellent solution for you.

The company has tied up with bus services, private and otherwise, to offer you free WiFi services inside the buses. Once you are connected to GoldSeat WiFi, download the app from your respective app store. Also, the app is not too heavy as it is just 3MB in size. Now that the app is downloaded and you are connected to WiFi, enjoy the content which is licensed including movies and TV shows without buffering.

Apart from the GoldSeat app, the company also provides entertainment screens too. If you are travelling by a GoldSeat-affiliated bus, you might find Seat-Back Touch Screens or Sleeper cabin screens which are integrated with GoldSeat. This screens will let you play content on-the-go without even requiring your smartphone as well.

GoldLiv

On top of the GoldSeat app as well as infotainment screens, the company offers a service for bus owners too. This is called GoldLiv which is an IoT-based ‘Connected Bus’ platform. Basically, GoldLiv will let the travel operator have full control of the bus even without being present inside the bus.

Because GoldLiv service comes with passenger count, GPS location, Night Vision cameras along with Live Access to the operator. This means that the operator will know what exactly is happening inside the bus, where it currently is as well as what are the number of passengers travelling right now.

GoldLiv GPS is another service from GoldSeat which lets bus operators track the exact location of their fleet. On top of that, it provides Destination Arrival Time alerts to the passengers along with reports for Ignition and AC on-off. This lets the bus operator determine when was the AC last turned on and when the bus was started.

To wrap it up, GoldSeat is an all-in-one service which will make your travelling a lot easier with licensed content as well as offline unlimited viewing of movies and TV shows.
