Fairy Tail is coming as game! Release Date, Gameplay and Details!

Fairy Tail is a manga series from Japan, written and depicted by Hiro Mashima. This was serialized from 2 August 2006 to 26 July 2017 in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine, compiling and publishing the individual chapters into 63 volumes of tankōbon.

Fairy Tail is an action-RPG related to many common manga/anime story arcs including Tenrou Island, Grand Magic Games, and Tartaros Arcs.

Release Date

On September 5th, 2019, it was revealed that Gust Co was creating a role-playing video game. Ltd. and distributed by Koei Tecmo will be released worldwide on March 19, 2020, for PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. The game was later postponed to June 25. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic of 2019-20, the game was postponed in Japan and Europe until July 30, 2020, and in North America on July 31, 2020.

Gameplay

The plot follows Natsu Dragneel’s exploits as he explores the fantasy world of Earth-land for the dragon Igneel, a part of the renowned wizard guild Fairy Tail.

The creators collaborated with the creator Hiro Mashima to ensure that the game was true to Fairy Tail.

From famous fan-favorite episodes to original in-game episodes, players can explore Earth Land’s mystical universe and combat the exhilarating tale with Fairy Tail!

Full requests, improve partnerships and update the facilities of the guild to increase the Guild Level. The higher the level, the more complex the requests would be. Combat and win to be #1 guild in and above the Kingdom of Fiore!

Wield fire and ice magic, call spirits and weapons, regulate time, kill matter, use the Unison Battle, Dragon Force, Mode Change, and other characters battle their distinguishing strength from comics and anime, faithfully recreated in 3DCG!

Fairy Tail will be released on PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam on July 31st, 2020.
