Five Days at Memorial: Plot and Cast
In August 2005, New Orleans witnessed what is regarded as one of the most destructive natural calamities in the history of the world. The catastrophic hurricane, named Katrina, was a Category 5 Atlantic hurricane that resulted in the death of approximately 1800 individuals and damage of around $125 billion. Five Days at Memorial has made an attempt to put up and portray certain elements of this disaster while maintaining the extent of the happenings as accurately as possible and permissible. The series revolves around the impact of Hurricane Katrina and its consequences on a hospital in New Orleans. As the floodwaters rise, the power fails and the heat soars, the fatigued and consumed caregivers of the local hospital have to forcibly decide on things that they will not be forgetting in their upcoming living years.

Five Days at Memorial: Release Date
Five Days at Memorial releases on August 12, 2022, Friday, on Apple TV+. The show will premiere with three episodes following which, one episode will be launched weekly, every Friday, till September 16.
