At last, the wait is over and Ghostbusters fan couldn’t be any happier. The franchise brought to us part 3 of the series- Ghostbusters3: Afterlife. The last one in the series got a green signal from the fans and moved ahead creating magic one more time. But unfortunately, our Ghostbuster director Ivan Reitman won’t be directing, but rather he will take to the role of a producer, and his son Jason Reitman will be overtaking his father’s role as a director.
The former director said in a recent interview that unlike the previous series, this time the movie would be presenting the current times and will be proceeding with the next chapter in the series.
Along with the existing characters, there will be an addition of new ones, enhancing the story eventually. Few changes will be made, but the theme will adhere to the initial part. But the bad news is that the heroine Leslie Jones won’t be appearing this time.
The story revolves around a family who moved to a town known as Oklahoma after getting hands-on some family property, an old, dilapidated farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. Eventually, Trevor and Phoebe, two of the main characters, find out strange things happening in their backyard and goes on to discover the mystery with the help of their friends and Mr.Grooberson, played by Paul Rudd.
