Seems like even the Marvel superheroes couldn’t save the world this time and the corona became a hurdle between the Marvel universe and the fans. The American superhero movie Guardians of the Galaxy was supposed to enter the fourth phase of the series after Black Widow. Even after all the drama with the writer-director James Gunn, 2020 gave a thumbs-up to the start, but much to our dismay, the whole COVID-19 situation disrupted the procedure.
Well, we have been hearing some hot news about who’s coming back to life in the series. After Avengers: Endgame, we have been happy that many of our favorite characters came to life, but again, unfortunately, we lost our beloved Iron Man. (Still not over that yet? Same here.) Gunn said that this time he tried to add some spice and drama to the story, especially the relationship between Nebula and Rocket.
PLOT
Guardians of the Galaxy has owned the heart of the fans with the subtle touches of sarcasm and humor, friendship, love, and action. The plot starts with young Peter Quill who is abducted from the Earth by a group of aliens known as the Ravagers and later on after 26 years he is seen stealing a mysterious orb, eventually being caught by Yondu, the leader of Ravagers. Then follows a whole series of drama and action with fellow characters like Gamora, Rocket, and Groot, which leads them to detention in the Kyln prison. This is where first get introduced to Thanos, the adoptive father of Gamora and Nebula as well as the Power Infinity Stone, an immeasurable powerful stone that can destroy the entire galaxy.
This time it will be a sequel to the previous one, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and the after events of Avengers: Infinity War. It seems like we will go on a searching tour for Gamora after her fight with her father. Also, guess what? Maybe we might be able to see Rocket’s story as well. It sounds quite an adventure indeed.
