Developed by Tracy Oliver, Harlem was an American comedy-drama television series from Amazon Prime Video. The first season premiered on December 3, 2021.

Tracy Oliver is also the executive producer alongside Dave Becky, Kim Lessing, Amy Poehler, Mimi Valdés, and Pharrell Williams. The show is already renewed for a second season and it is scheduled to premiere soon.

Harlem Release Date

On February 17, 2022, Amazon renewed the series for a second season. Since the official release date has not been announced yet, we can expect it to release sometime in 2023.

The upcoming season is expected to have ten episodes like Season 1 and the rest of the details shall be confirmed once it premieres.

Harlem Season 2 Plot and Cast

The first season of the show ends with various events that take place in the lives of four friends. After rediscovering her feelings for her ex-boyfriend, Camille met Ian the night before her wedding. To Ayan’s surprise, she confessed her love for him.

After expressing his anger at her, Ian tells Camille that he still loves her. Ty is embroiled in a legal battle with Brandon and insists she does not want to lose. Finally, Quinn confronts her feelings towards Isabella. Meanwhile, Angie’s music was damaged by a letter from Jordan Pyle asking her to stop production in response to her mischief with Angie.

The new season is expected to begin after Angie’s Music Night. To consider marriage, Ian has to choose between his fiance and Camille for the afterlife. We can see how she develops with Quinn when Isabella takes her first steps.

Angie has to escape from musical fate to revive her career. The issue of the tie with Brandon will be resolved in the second season. Beyond that, we can expect Harlem to continue to describe the absolute spirit and power of the four women.

Now talking about the cast restored, we can expect the show’s mainstays, Grace Byers, like Quinn, Megan Good as Camille, Jerry Johnson as the tie, and Shonica Shandai as Angie to return to Season 2.

Hopi Goldberg as Dr. Alice Prout, Tyler Lepley as Ian, Sullivan Jones as Jameson Royce, Kate Rockwell as Anna, Jonathan Burke as Eric, Juan Feliz as Isabella, Robert Richard as Sean, and Brandon May come back. A lot. We can also expect some new faces in the second season.
