Originally a book, previously published in 2011 titled, “Get some Headspace” by Andy Puddicombe, British Author, public speaker, teacher of meditation and mindfulness, and Co-Founder of Headspace alongside Richard Pierson and a former Buddhist Monk, “Headspace Guide to Meditation” is now part one of the three-series deal signed with Netflix, with each show being produced by Vox Media.

The first series, “Headspace Guide to Meditation” has been released on Friday, January 1, 2021, and “Headspace Guide to Sleep”, arriving later in 2021.

What is “Headspace Guide to Meditation” about?

Starring Andy Puddicombe himself, the Series comprises an introduction to the Headspace techniques, interwoven with Puddicombe’s personal experience. It lays out the friendly, animated look into the mindfulness and the science behind its physical and mental health benefits, from productivity and focuses to stress and anxiety relief.
