The first season premiered on November 8, 2019, Followed by, the second and third seasons premiered on May 14, 2021, and July 27, 2022, respectively. On May 20, 2022, ahead of the third season premiere, Disney+ renewed the series for a fourth season.

Disney+ is yet to announce the release date of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series Season 4. Since Season 3 ended recently, and the fourth season is scheduled to arrive on August 9, 2023.
