Disney+ announced the renewal of its new teen romance-drama series High School Musical: The Series. This tv-series is inspired by Disney’s teen romance-drama movie trilogy High School Musical. The show revolves around the lives of teenagers at East High School.
The season one for this show was released in 2019. Disney+ had announced the renewal for the second season of this series even before they released the first season of the show!! The fans had created so much hype for season one that Disney+ had to get the rights for season two as well.
The show revolves around the lives of teenagers who are exploring their interests and discovering their passions amidst all the academic pressure they have to face. The story follows the troubles and insecurities these teenagers navigate through and how acting helps them. The show beautifully depicts the interpersonal relationship these teenagers share with one another and their teachers.
The role of teachers is also fleshed out in this show, how they play a pivotal role in every student’s life. How they guide them and work with them on their shortcomings. This show like the High School Musical film series has fun and engaging songs. Since it is a musical show it has amazing and melodious songs that are available to stream on Spotify and Apple Music.

Season 2 will see the East High students better known as Wild Cats performing the theatre play Beauty and the Beast. The cast of the show was super excited to announce the renewal of the series and are all geared up to make season 2!
