Honest Thief: Release Date, Trailer, and More!

Honest Thief is an upcoming action thriller film that is one of the few films being released theatrically since the COVID-19 pandemic. Mark Williams directed the film while he and Steve Allrich wrote the screenplay. The movie is about a former thief who regrets the life he has been living so far. He decides to turn himself in to the authorities but finds it isn’t as easy as he thought.

Open Road Films will release the film theatrically while Briarcliff Entertainment, Zero Gravity Management, Solution Entertainment Group, Sprockefeller Pictures and Argonaut Entertainment Partners are producing it. What is the movie all about and when does it come out? Well, read more to find out!

Honest Thief: Plot and Cast

Tom Carter, an aging thief known by the alias “In-and-Out-Bandit” decides to turn himself in to the authorities. While in the past, he has been a notorious robber, he wants to lead a different and honest life. However, he was mistaken when he thought turning himself in would be easy. He gets double-crossed by two corrupt FBI agents who decide to take advantage of his better judgments and morals.

We have seen Liam Neeson in many thriller roles, where he usually plays a good cop. Now, we get to see him as a bandit trying to do good and getting stuck in a bad situation. Sounds very exciting and somewhat different for him!

Kate Walsh plays Annie Sumpter, Tom’s love interest in the film. Jai Courtney plays John Nivens and Anthony Ramos plays Ramon Hall, the two corrupt FBI agents who ruin Tom’s chance to get his life on track. Jeffery Donovan plays Tom Meyers, Robert Patrick plays Sam Baker and Jasmine Cephas Jones plays Beth Hall.
