Hospital Playlist is arriving soon with season 2! Fans are super excited because season 1 just ended and they don’t have to wait that long for the next! Hospital Playlist is a South Korean show, written by Lee Woo-Jung and directed by Shin Won-ho. This is the second instalment of the Wise Life series, following Prison Playbook. The first season aired on tvN and became the 9th highest-rated Korean drama in cable television history!
When Is Season 2 Of Hospital Playlist Expected To Release?
The second season of the show is said to premiere in 2021. According to Soompi, here’s what the cast members had to say about season 2:
Jo Jung Suk who played doctor Ik-Joon said, “Furthermore, thank you to all the viewers who were with us every Thursday night. Please don’t forget ‘Hospital Playlist’ season two, and please ‘Pick Me’ again.”
Yoo Yeon Seok who played Jung-won said, “Our Mi Do and Parasol members-we were really perfect partners. Let’s meet frequently for band practice. Although it’s sad that season one is ending, I’m excited and looking forward to meeting again soon through season two.”
Kim Dae Myung said, “Let’s meet soon.” and Jung Kyung Ho said, “Thank you to all the viewers who gave us love, and we will greet viewers with an even more abundant second season.”

What Is The Possible Storyline In Season 2?
Season one was an emotional rollercoaster! It had its ups and downs but the biggest question is, “Will Lee Ik- Joon and Chae Song-Hwa get together?” The season ended with Ik-Joon confessing his feelings for Song-Hwa and she gets highly agitated. But he tells her to take her time and leaves for his conference in Spain.
Another question we were left with is about Seok-Hyung’s decision. He decides to stay at the hospital instead of taking over his father’s company. But he receives a call from his ex-wife and judging by the look on his face, he doesn’t look very happy about it. What do you think must have happened in the call?
