Huawei Mate 20 Pro

Huawei today announced that it will premiere its Mate 20 series in India on November 27. Though there is no word on the official price, the Chinese manufacturer will likely partner with Amazon India for the launch of the Mate 20 Pro and the Mate 20 RS Porsche Design. As for Mate 20, it is not yet confirmed whether it will be launched in India or not.

Amazon has already started its promo which reveals that it will be offering the Mate 20 Pro only with 6GB RAM and will come bundled with Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless Noise Cancelling headphones that costs Rs 29,500 when purchased independently.

The news was announced by Huawei in its official twitter handle where we can see a part of the smartphone with artisan leather back and the Porsche design logo. The tweet further reads, “Porsche Design | Mate 20 Pro RS, 5 Days to go’.  The Mate 20 RS is the high-end luxury model that is developed in partnership with Porsche Design. Though it shares the same specs as the Mate 20 Pro it comes with an artisan leather back panel with a glass strip running through the middle that houses the triple camera module and the Porsche Design logo.

The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has already been released in the Chinese and European markets and thanks to its impressive specs it is a big success in these markets. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a 6.39 inch AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution (3120 x 1440 pixels)  and is powered by a Hisilicon Kirin 980 chipset coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

In the optics department, it sports a triple camera setup at the rear of 40MP + 20MP + 8MP configuration with OIS and a 24MP with f.2.0 aperture on the front. Other features include an on-screen fingerprint sensor, 3D facial recognition, IP68 rated body and a 4,200 mAh battery with 40W Huawei SuperCharge charger.
