iCarly Plot and Cast
The first season saw Carly face an old stalker from the original series. Freddie’s ex-wife Gwen returned and as a social media influencer with millions of followers, Carly took on issues like data-mining and multi-level marketing schemes.
The reason behind the show’s success is that it has a freewhelming style different from most of the shows in the Peak TV era. The episodes can be watched in any order since the show is episodic and not serialized.
The first season’s finale left Carly in a romantic cliffhanger which would be resolved in Season 2. The new season would place Carly and her friends in wacky situations with relevant problems while continuing to explore more adult situations for the grown-up Carly, Freddie, Harper and Spencer.
Coming to the cast, we should get to see the lead characters from Season 1 reprising their roles in the second season. The list includes Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor, Nathan Kress, Laci Mosley and Jaidyn Triplett in the lead roles.
iCarly Season 2 Release Date

The upcoming season is expected to have 13 episodes like Season 1. Any other changes in the plot and cast have not been announced yet by the makers.
