Is there any Batman and Suicide Squad game coming or not?

Warner Bros, as well as a Suicide Squad title, maybe close to unveiling a new title. We will know that at the DC Fandome gaming event on August 22, the organization will be showing off titles. Several newly registered domains found by ResetEra user DriftingOrbit point at a new title of Batman and Suicide Squad.

Some of the domains are suicidesquadgame, gothamknightsgame, and suicidesquadkillthejusticleague, all identified around June 16 and 19. The registrations do not reference Warner Bros anywhere on them. As per user JaseC, he points out registrar MarkMonitor is probably the company that WB uses to administer its domains.

Batman or Suicide Squad, Whats upcoming?

Kotaku stated back in March that WB had planned to announce a new game for Batman and the next project for Rocksteady at E3. Considering WB Montreal has been promising a return to Batman, it’s fair to say the Gotham Knights is theirs. It further means that behind the upcoming Suicide Squad game is Rocksteady, and it is really interesting.

WB Games Montreal recently asked fans to hang on to their social media after more than 7 months of teasing the Batman title. The studio, which produced the 2013 Batman Arkham Origins. They have been planning a new game in series since September last year when Batman-related photos were shared on its Twitter account.

The tweets were posted and eventually removed, by Batman comic writer Scott Snyder. Rocksteady hasn’t published a game after Batman 2015: Arkham Knight and Batman 2016: Arkham VR.

At this stage, we don’t know precisely what will be disclosed or when. Some kind of Batman video game is definitely under production at WB Games Montreal. But who knows when it will be announced, or whether a Suicide Squad video game or a Gotham Knights game is coming or not.

There’s a fair possibility that if there’s any sort of Suicide Squad video game, which is long speculated to be something Rocksteady developer is working on or Gotham Knights video game in the works. It’ll be revealed during DC FanDome in August. A virtual festival that will include headlines, updates, and launches of DC-related material, including video games.
