“We looked at basketball players from 2012 on, and saw, ‘OK, what were their games like? Did they have any gem games?’” explains Josh. When it landed on Kevin,” Josh explained in the behind-the-scenes featurette, “then we started to look at his game pool. You have to ask, ‘OK, when does this movie take place? When are the games that we can find?’ It was constricted.
