It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (Season 15) is right around the corner! After a successful fourteen seasons, the hit Netflix reality show is returning for another one. The show has been a huge success so far. It is the longest running live-action comedy tv series in American history. It has a huge fanbase, and a lot of non fans love it too. Hence, we can look forward to another great upcoming season. The series revolves around the actions of “The Gang”. They are a narcissistic group of friends who are always in hot water. With such an interesting premise, the show is definitely going to be a fun watch for both returning as well as new viewers.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (Season 15): Plot and Cast
The official synopsis for season 15 teases a trip abroad for the gang. It reads as follows:
“In the seismic wake of COVID-19 and all things 2020, the gang stands at a crossroads in this strange new world. The rules are changing quicker than anyone can keep up with, despite herculean efforts from Mac, Charlie, Dennis, Dee and Frank to continue business as usual. Now, they must face the music and decide who they’ll become in the cultural upheaval that is 2021. Across the span of eight episodes — and the Atlantic Ocean — we find them answer in a way only they could think to.”
Therefore we will perhaps see them leave their Irish bar Paddy’s Pub in South Philadelphia. Whatever happens, we can be sure of one thing: that the gang will continue to indulge in their less than appropriate acts of selfishness and substance abuse. It is thus shaping up to be a great season!
As for the cast, they original actors will reprise their roles like always. Thus we will see Danny DeVito (Frank) Charlie Day (Charlie), Glenn Howerton (Dennis), Rob McElhenney (Mac) and Kaitlin Olson (Dee).
