What is the plot?
Kevin Can F**k Himself is a dark comedy that explores the position of the passive sitcom wife through a mix of multi-camera and single-camera cinematography. Allison, a sitcom wife residing in Worcester, Massachusetts, “escapes her limitations” and takes control of her life, according to the show’s premise.
Allison enters the series after spending her entire life as the wife of an obnoxious man-child spouse on a sitcom. Everything revolves around him in that universe. Outside, she plots the only way out she can think of: murdering him.
Cast and Characters:
Annie Murphy portrays Allison, while Eric Peterson (Kirstie) portrays Allison’s husband Kevin, Alex Bonifer (Superstore) portrays Kevin’s best friend Neil, and Brian Howe portrays Kevin’s father, Pete. Patty, the traditional “next-door neighbor,” and Neil’s sister, is played by Inboden (The Real O’Neals).
