Legacies Season 3: Release Date, Story line And More!
Created by Julie Plec, Legacies is an American fantasy drama series.
It is the second spin-off of the popular The Vampire Diaries. The show features characters from both that series and its predecessor, The Vampire Diaries.
Where does Legacies Pick Up?
The show revolves around Hope (who is descended from some of the most powerful vampire, werewolf, and witch bloodlines) navigate the supernatural world and cope with intense grief. Danielle Rose Russell stars as the 17-year-old Hope Mikaelson, continuing the role she originated in the final season of The Originals.
Members of her family sacrificed their freedom and some, their lives, to save her. Hope represents the redemption for all their past deeds. All of which is a lot of pressure to put on one person.

Although the series is only in its second season, Legacies has delivered quite a variety of romances. Some are of the romantic true love variety, others are past loves, and a few are quick-moment potentials.

Premiere Date
The Legacies took to twitter to announced it’s a revival for the third season. The tweet read “There are more monsters to fight. #Legacies has been renewed for Season 3!”. The unavoidable cut cornering of the second season did bum a lot of fans. The third season of Legacies premieres somewhere around Jan 2021.
Initially, the show was expected to air during October 2020, but due to the ongoing pandemic, there is an indefinite delay.

Season 3 stars Danielle Rose Russell as Hope Mikaelson, Aria Shahghasemi as Landon Kirby, Kaylee Bryant as Josie Saltzman, Jenny Boyd as Lizzie Saltzman and Matt Davis as Alaric Saltzman. Quincy Fouse as MG and Peyton Alex Smith as Rafael Waithe will be seen in the support.
