Lenovo has finally unveiled the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT recently in an event in China. It is the world’s first phone to be powered by the latest Snapdragon 855. Though the company previously mentioned in teasers that it will have more than 8GB RAM, it packs more than we expected.

The smartphone is one of the fastest devices out there having a top-notch specification and has racing vibes in its design. The rear panel sports a glass back with a carbon fiber pattern along with red accents that are added to the rim of the top side, rear cameras and also in the bottom half of the slider.

The Lenovo Z5 Pro GT features a 6.4 inch 2340×1080 AMOLED display with 19:5:9 aspect ratio, 403 PPI and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It comes with a six double helix sliding mechanism that hides a dual selfie camera setup leading to a high screen-to-body ratio of 95.06%. Under the hood, it houses the top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 with Adreno 640 and will be available in four configurations: 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM, 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM, 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM and the highest variant with 12GB RAM + 512GB internal storage. The 6GB/128GB variant will be a limited edition that will have Chinese actor Zhu Yilong’s autograph.
