Lone Star 2 is an American action drama T.V series. It is about the rescue company 126 in Austin, Texas. The name of the series comes from Texas is also known as the “Lone star State”. It stars Rob Lowe as Owen Strand, a New York firefighter. The series is a spin-off of a former television series 9-1-1. Created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Tim Minear, It airs on FOX network. Composers include Mac Quayle, Todd Haberman and Justin Burnett. Lone Star 3: Plot and Cast!
The storyline revolves around a team of rescue mission and task force officers consisting of firefighters, police officers, and dispatchers who deal with appalling, horrifying, and heart-wrenching situations.
The series features Rob Lowe as Owen Strand, a NY based firefighter who balances his duties of rescuing and his own health issues. He has two sons and relocated from Manhattan to Austin. He had to bear the brunt of being the first responder of 9/11 attack and is now diagnosed with lung cancer. It also stars Liv Taylor as Michelle Blake, the emergency medical service captain. Ronen Rubinstein as Tyler Kennedy Strand who is Owen’s son and a firefighter/paramedic. Sierra McClain as Grace Ryder. Jim Parrack as Judson Ryder. Sierra McClain as Grace Ryder, a 9-1-1 operator and Judson’s wife. Brian Michael Smith as Paul Strickland.
