Manifest Season 3: Release Date, Cast and more!

Described as a cross between Lost and The Leftovers, NBC’s Manifest continued to draw in die-hard fans each week during its second outing. Its 13-episode season two-run averaged 7.7 million viewers combining the live viewings and catch-up stream. So it’s no surprise that it has been renewed for season three. Here is what you need to know about season 3 of Manifest!

The Cast of Manifest

Starring Melissa Roxburgh as Michaela Stone, a detective who works at the NYPD’s 129th Precinct, and Ben’s sister.  Josh Dallas as Ben Stone. Athena Karkanis as Grace Stone, Ben’s wife. Similarly, J. R. Ramirez as Jared Vasquez, a detective at the NYPD’s 129th Precinct and Michaela’s ex-fiancé. Luna Blaise as Olive Stone, Ben and Grace’s daughter, and Jack Messina as Cal Stone, Ben and Grace’s son. Likewsie, others include Parveen Kaur as Saanvi Bahl, Matt Long as Zeke Landon and Holly Taylor as Angelina. 

What is the plot of Manifest?

After a heart-pounding season 2 finale featuring the resurrection of Zeke, there’s a lot that needs to be explained in season 3. The series will pick up three months after Zeke’s “death date,” with him trying to live a normal life with his new bride, Michaela. Another big reveal of the final episode of season 2 was the appearance of the tail of Flight 828 ending up in the ocean near Cuba, despite the plane blowing up at the NYC airport. This will be explored further in the new season, and the first episode of season 3 is appropriately titled “Tailfin.”

Other storylines that need to be addressed include the aftermath of Saanvi’s fatal encounter with the Major (Elizabeth Marvel), whether the passengers can overcome their death date, and what’s going on with newborn Eden and Grace.

The Season 3 of Manifest will release on 1st April 2021 on NBC.
