Marie Blanchard: The New Definition Of Fitness And Aspirations

The concept of fitness is utterly subjective. Some choose to be physically fit and some for mentally. For one, fitness can mean being slim and have that hour-glass figure, and on the contrary, many believe that building a strong immunity system is what comprises fitness. But seems like New York’s Marie Blanchard holds the perception of sustaining both physical and mental fitness. A student of New York’s St. Joseph’s College and a dedicated student of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Marie has achieved a lot in the world of fitness at such a young age. Her accomplishments inspired us heartily and so we couldn’t help but dig into her life story.

Marie Blanchard born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, is an absolute all-rounder- author, fitness model/athlete, and a coach. She moved to the USA at the age of ten and that’s how she became fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and English. An alumnus of Stroudsburg High School, Blanchard is a professional bodybuilder under the Natural Muscle Association and an aspiring competitor set on to battle in the NPC/IFBB organization. You may have seen Marie on countless magazine covers and features; from Muscle and Fitness Hers South Africa, Fitness Curves, Inside Fitness, and American Curves Magazine, to publishing her first recipe book in 2019 titled, “Dieting Deliciously, “Crave-Killing Recipes For The Healthy Foodie.” Her latest business is the creation of Designer Bag Exchange, a platform that connects buyers and sellers worldwide involving luxury/designer bags/goods. According to the grapevine, it should be one hell of an accomplishment.

Choosing the field she is currently in, Blanchard’s path wasn’t an easy one. Frankly, she had to reassess her future, figuring out how far she wished and needed to came to the “20 years down the path”. However, no matter what, she had to ultimately make a total shift in the lifestyle in order to built the concrete way.  Instructing and encouraging others till they are able to undertake a physiological, dietary, and psychological approach while striving towards safe and healthy expectations and ambitions encourage Blanchard to work even harder to smash her own hurdles and reach for her dreams.

In one of her interviews, Marie Blanchard shared a piece of advice that should be locked in your heart forever and carry it to the grave. She wants us all to realize she still tries to recognize that the key to success is concealed in everyday mundane activities. Holding a college degree is a must since no one knows what time might come, and whatever one’s passion is, there will be a time when this very degree will be helpful in your career. And the crucial thing to keep in mind is to never give up if we are talking about dreams and goals. Life will push you to fall a hundred times but it depends on you whether you will get up the one-hundred and one time. There will also be moments when you feel like you can’t keep yourself together and you are exhausted to the core, that’s when you should know that you are closer to your dreams.

By any chance, if you are an aspiring entrepreneur, Blanchard has a few words for you. It is important to fully identify who your customer is when it comes to the development and maintenance of a reputable company. It means that one should not be scared of danger that might be unpleasant to some and requires tons of sleep loss. Be accustomed to the ABCs of accounts, or else hire an expert. Thats literally the backbone of the company. She feels that one should find one’s passion and run with it. For longevity, do your research, build relationships, make smart investments, and keep yourself surrounded by others with similar aspirations.

Marie Blanchard has a sorted five-year plan chart: running a self-sustained, multimillion-dollar company, which is surely going to happen with the number of sacrifices she is going through.  Average people who craft their aims from the scratch keeps her going every minute. Those who build themselves from nothing to everything. And the ones who fought against all odds, even against their family.
