James Argent reunited with his ‘guardian angel’ Mark Wright for a live workout session. He is 32 and he recently revealed that he suffered two near-fatal overdoses at home. He goes on to admit that his best pal helped save his life.
Now, Mark Wright, 33, with 1.7 M followers, took to Instagram to share the news that on top of his usual 9AM workouts online, he would be joined by his BFF, on his live Instagram. He’ll be adding this extra one at 1PM on Thursday. And literally over 5000 people tuned in to watch the pair sweat it out.
What did Mark Wright say?
“Here is some extra Train Wright news. At one o’clock I’m going to be doing a different kind of work out, more focussed towards toning, boxing and abs with…”, said Mark before the workout.
He further added, “You may have seen him saying that he’s getting his life back on track, he’s been doing amazing, he spoke openly today on TV.”
Also, Mark spoke out in support of his bestfriend after he discussed his battle with drug addiction on This Morning.
Arg admits that he didn’t think that he would be able to survive his addiction. He also confessed he was feeling at an ‘all time low’ before he attempted to recover before Christmas.
What James Argent said?
Before he joined, Arg also took to social media to share a message of thanks.
He added, “Hello everyone I just want to send a quick message to say thank you so much for your amazing support.
“It’s meant everything to me.
“I was nervous the last few days but I feel so much better now a weight has been lifted off my shoulder, it’s time to move forward.”
After a ten-week stint in rehab, Arg is five months sober.
