The present buzz highlights that the upcoming web series is depicting a story that has been “stolen” from the boxer’s life as he has not been paid for the project. The streamer too revealed that the show is an unauthorized series and described it as a “no-holds-barred” look at Mike Tyson’s life. The series revolves around the life of Mike Tyson and his inspiring journey towards fame and success. Mike was born with nothing but he eventually, with his hard work and determination, made his way into the world of boxing and became a well-known face quite fast and early in his career. Having said that, his sudden leap to fame had some serious consequences. Mike fell into quite a lot of controversies involving legal, financial, and personal matters over the years. However, these setbacks did not bog him down as he prospered into a better man by learning from his experiences. Such is the story of the great Tyson upon which the plot of Mike is based.

Mike releases on August 25, 2022, on Hulu. The limited series comprises eight episodes, six of which will be launched on the day of release.
