The show follows Jeffrey Dahmer’s life and how he gained recognition as a serial killer in America. He committed murders in Bath Township, Ohio, West Allis, Wisconsin and Milwaukee from 1978 to 1991. Certain events have been fictionalized including Dahmer’s capture and his death. It explores how his crimes accelerated due to police incompetence and apathy.
