Based on author Kerry Greenwood’s series of Phryne Fisher detective novels, and created by Deb Cox and Fiona Eagger, “Ms. Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries” is an Australian television drama series set in Melbourne in the 1960s, revolving around the personal and professional life of Peregrine Fisher, daughter of Phryne’s half-sister Annabelle, who inherits a fortune when the famous aunt she never knew goes missing over the highlands of New Guinea, the first season of which was released on February 21, 2019.
